I bought some new square-cut watercolor paper… oh boy. Though I’ve been working in my sketchbook a lot, I haven’t been painting too much of late, so some of the color got a bit muddy, but not toooo muddy. I think the overall grain of hatching of the paint is somewhat successful… though the ink drawing itself is no great shakes.

What makes a Handmade Ransom Note so delightful?

I don’t think it looks muddy at all. I really admire how you used the texture and colors in this, it really glows!
Thanks for the compliment! This piece has grown on me, now, too.
