Some art I sent through the mail in 2005
I really like this one… though it was just bigger than the frame of the scanner, so I should have done two scans and assembled… but I was lazy and just did this one quick (I hate spending time getting stuff scanned and assembled.) I think I mailed this to mom in 2005… but I am not sure of the exact date, and though it went through the mail, there’s no postmark on the stamps… and I didn’t put the date on it at all… so (based on stamps, and just guessing) I think it’s from around 2005. I think it’s somewhat inspired by the art of Ben Shahn, with just a touch of Amedeo Modigliani, maybe.
